Charlemagne Lodge provides gorgeous facilities and personalized services and is available for your exclusive use on your wedding day. Closer to town than you might think, with plenty of parking, and very easy access, Charlemagne is the most romantic venue in the Bay.
We can coordinate and supply everything you need for your day, or we can provide you with a blank canvas, the choice is yours.
The beautiful Function Room is finished in a classic romantic style which complements the Lodge perfectly. Silk roof liners, soft wall draping, chandeliers and hundreds of fairy lights finish the room which will easily and comfortably seat up to 120 guests for your event.
The extensive grounds, courtyards, lawns and patios are at your guest’s disposal, and are complete with outdoor tables chairs and shade umbrellas; and at night the grounds take on a whole new aspect with more fairy lights and feature lighting of the ponds and fountains.
The romantic Gazebo is beautifully draped for your outdoor ceremony or you can chose to take your vows in the indoor ceremony area, which is draped for a classic marquee effect. White chairs perfect the look in the ceremony area for some of your guests.
Full use of the gardens and interior of Charlemagne Lodge is available exclusively for your wedding party photos on the day of the wedding.
The function room and grounds will be made available to you for a rehearsal.
All function room chairs, tables, crockery, cutlery, white tablecloths, wine glasses, champagne flutes, water jugs and glasses are included.
